The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) requires that salesperson applicants must be at least 18 years of age and pass a state and federal background check in addition to completing required coursework, passing licensure testing, and paying various fees.
Yes! HomeSweet is proud to offer synchronous virtual learning for all classes via virtual meeting platforms. Our coursework is designed to be interactive and accessible for a hybrid approach to learning, which means you’ll feel included and a part of each cohort, regardless of whether you attend in-person or virtually.
HomeSweet Real Estate Academy also offers in-person classes at our guest offices at 4720 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith and other locations in the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas on demand.
